Accepting these terms
By using FileNova at filenova.site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What FileNova provides
FileNova offers free online tools for working with documents — merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, organizing, protecting, signing, and watermarking PDFs, plus AI-assisted features such as summarizing, translating, OCR, and data extraction. The tools are provided for lawful personal and business use.
Acceptable use
You may only upload files you own or are authorized to process. You agree not to use FileNova for anything unlawful, not to attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, and to respect the published file size, page, and request limits.
How files are processed
Uploaded files are processed in memory for your request and are not retained after the result is returned — the privacy policy explains this in detail. Because nothing is stored, you are responsible for keeping your own copies of any file you upload or download.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. If you create one, keep your password safe and let us know promptly at [email protected] if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
AI-generated results
AI features produce generated output that can be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify AI summaries, translations, extractions, and analyses before relying on them, and do not treat them as legal, financial, or professional advice.
Availability and changes
FileNova is provided free of charge, without an uptime guarantee. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time, and may update these terms — the current version is always on this page.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileNova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss arising from use of the service — including files that fail to convert or process as expected.
